This series of concrete tile machines is our classic machine, which enjoys goods reputation in both China and foreign. It can produce both single layer and double layers terrazzo tiles, easy to operate and small investment cost.

This concrete tile machine can produce terrazzo tiles with sizes of 300x300mm, 400x400mm, 500x500mm, and 600x600mm. The finished terrazzo tiles can be used both inside and outside, they are widely used in shopping malls, schools, squares.

Main features of our concrete tile machine:

1. This whole production line includes Raw material part, mixing part, pressing machine and the finished tile polishing part can realize the whole production line from raw material to finished tiles.

2. The concrete tile machine needs only 50-200 square meters of place, it is a good choice for small investment projects.

3. One machine can produce different sizes of terrazzo tiles. Easy to change the molds, and the molds materials we adopt are Cr12, have longer service life compared with other materials.

4. The whole production line only needs 5-6 workers. Can save laborers compare with other production projects.

Packing and delivery items:

The machine will be packed in one set 40 HQ container(of course depends on the configuration, may need more contain if has extra spare parts).

Delivery time:

Need about 25 days after receiving the advanced payment. If customers use L/C, we will deliver the machine within about 25 days since the day received the L/C from the bank.
